Farmers in my village got much better cut physique than most guys in my gym
ive always done these seated sideways on incline bench, try it you will have to drop like half the weight to retain strict form guaranteed
You can also do them seated it helps get more range of motion

@JeffNippard I think it's important to note that causality was not determined in the study of death rates among steroid users vs. non-steroid users. It would be reasonable to assume that steroid users trend towards riskier behaviors, which could be the causal factor of increased death rates, not the steroid use itself.
So what about sarms? Im taking sarms and it really helped me alot. Ostarine, enclo, mk677. Would be awesome if you make a video about that :D
Total volume is the name of the game.
I train from 2013 , ..form august 2023 I said no more ego lifting , no more show of in the gym , just mind muscle conection , slow on negatives , hard training sesions , more rest days , drop sets till failure and beyond .....I fixed my sleep , I have a good nutririon , ....and I am natural ...and gues what ...in 8 months i put 2,5 kg of muscle , wich for me is incredibile, after so many years of lifting ....I have a good genetic to , small waist , wide shoulders and back , big quads , but small calves of course ... ..I searched so many podcast on the internet about how tu bulid muscle .....I took some advices from Mike Isratele , form Mentzer , form Dorian Yates , from Arnold , and i made my own program , cus not every advice are apliyng to me , but I took what works for me .. and its great ...and I am sure that I will put more muscle on me in the future.....I am 180 cm , 87-88 kg , 12 % body fat .....many people when they see me , they ask what I use , cus they dont belive me that i am natty ....
dude at 8:45 was curling 50 lbs dumbells, I do that, my arms aren't even big like his.... Makes me curious how high I can go. Haven't been to the gym in a few weeks due to travel, but last time I was there I was doing side raises, front raises and and flies with 35 lbs. Carnivore diet is awesome.

As a data scientist, I have a bone to pick with the excess death conclusion. You've heard correlation does not imply causation. Steroid users are much less sensitive to risk and make more detrimental decisions on their health and safety than people who are more risk averse, which can also lead to excess death.

Hi Jeff, I was wondering if you could make a video about maintaining the weight after a weight loss journey. Since I’ve heard a lot of people that have lost weight but after some time they gained it back. I am myself in that journey and I really want to know the answer. Back as in upper back, not "back" back exercises? Because if we're talking "back" back, you missed Hyperextensions and then putting deadlifts in anything below S tier should be a violation of the Geneva convention.
Watching this video with shoulder injury is good (not) feeling
i don't know the name of the exercise, but it's always done by calisthenics enjoyers, it's the same as overhead cable extension with bar, you use a dips bar to hold with lengthened arms and go under it, adjusting a stance will change bodyweight % that you work with. Also, you can do it without a bar, for instance, heavy table will be as good as a bar.

9:35 it is very important to say that he only recovers from this intense training, because he is using steroids. No front against sulek using steroids, at a specific level its necessary. But its important to point out that steroids wont just grow muscles, they are a monster in recovery. Natural people who would mimic his training routing will not get happy with this.

Do you have some kind of background in chemistry? You used all of the correct biochemical nomenclature. Even words like "cleave" as distinct from "break".
I'm too afraid of taking Dutasteride or Finasteride, so if I go bald I'll 100% just gear up, sry Jeff :(
